Melbourne, a place to be :D

Dah lama erna tak buat entry baru kan. Sebab, erna pergi holiday dekat Melbourne, Australia :) Erna pergi sana 21/12 until 28/12. It was a very forgetable memory. It was also a wonderful holiday for all my life. At Melbourne, they experienced siang lebih panjang daripada malam. Pukul 9 lebih baru gelap. Waktu kat sana memang berbeza dengan Malaysia. Beza 3 jam. Kat sana memang ada banyak street. For example, King street, William street, Queen street and also Elizabeth street :D

On the first day, kitaorang sampai kat Melbourne Airport on 8.00 am local time. Cuaca kat sana sangat sejuk. 15 degree celcius :D Then, kitaorang dijemput oleh SUNBUS to the hotel. Hotel kitaorang, Hotel Sophia. Then, sampai jek dekat hotel, kitaorang take a nap for a moment. On the evening, we decided to jalan-jalan around the city by trams. Banyak bangunan yang cantik-cantik yang tak pernah kitaorang tengok sebelum ni. The city was so neat and beautiful. After a great journey, we back to the hotel and slept.

On the second day, we went to the Victoria market. It was a shopping time :) Then, kitaorang pergi kat Old Melbourne Gaol. It was used to be a jail in Melbourne. Now, dah jadi museum. Rasa seram sejuk juga lah bila masuk dalam jail tu, cause once upon a time, there was a murder in that jail. Ada kena gantung, kena sebat and soo much more. After that, kitaorang pergi Melbourne Aquarium. Macam-macam ada kat sana. Ada banyak penguins, sharks, fishes, and etc. Lepas pergi sana, kitaorang pergi Eureka Skydeck. It was a tall building with 88 floors. At the top, ada sebuah anjung. It was a 360 buildings. I mean, kitaorang boleh tengok scenery of Melbourne. On night, kitaorang having a dinner and back to the hotel to sleep.

On the third day, our guide took us to the Great Ocean Road. We watched the view of the ocean there. It was a very cold day. Daddy kata maybe time tu 5 degree celcius jek. Then, kitaorang ada pergi kat satu rainforest ni. Memang sejuk sangat time tu, even dekat hutan. Tiba-tiba, along the way, daddy ada nampak satu kelibat dekat satu pokok ni. Unfortunately, daddy tak record hantu tu :( Then, we continue our jouney. Along the way, banyak sangat farm. And, there were so much koalas on the trees. Then, kitaorang pergi kat Cape Otway. Kat sana, ada light station. Kitaorang naik kat light station tu. View dari atas memang sangat cantik :) It was a strong wind up there. We were also having lunch, BBQ :D Tapi, kitaorang tak boleh makan meat dia. Cause, we don't know if it's halal or not. Kat Wetlands, memang banyak sangat paya. Next, we went to the other ocean, named Port Campbell National Park. Satu jam kitaorang kat sana, boleh jadi beku kitaorang sebab cuaca kat sana sejuk sangat. Kat sana ada 12 apostles. Sejarah nya macam ni. Dulu ada satu kapal ni, dia langgar gua kat sana then jadilah batu-batu yang sangat besar, named apostles. Daripada 51 orang dalam kapal tu, yang survived hanya 2 orang jek and it was a young person. The creatures were so wonderful. Then, kitaorang stop dekat Winchelsea for a break. Kat sana ada Princess Highway and Prince Town, memang menarik :) At night baru kitaorang balik. Semua passanger dalam bus tidur gara-gara kepenatan satu hari berjalan.

On the forth day, it was a Christmas Day :D Bandar kosong gila time tu sebab semua orang balik kampung, then tiba-tiba bandar jadi crowded sangat. Kitaorang jalan dekat Elizabeth Street. Memang meriah sangat time tu. Kedengaran lagu-lagu christmas along the way. Then, suddenly hujan turun. At first, it was a normal rain, but afterwards, kitaorang nampak ada air batu turun dari langit. It was a torrential rain and hailstones :) Kitaorang excited sangat time tu, kitaorang pegang air batu tu. It seems like salji turun :D Kami jalan-jalan and make our way to the hotel back.

On the fifth day, 45 minutes from Melbourne, we make our way to the Moonlit Sanctuary. Kat sana, sejuk sangat-sangat lah :D Kitaorang dapat tengok banyak sangat animals there. Ada wallaby, wombats, koalas, goanna, dingo, turtles and birds. Wallaby is a kangaroo, but dia lagi kecil dari kangaroo. That's why dia dipanggil wallaby. We were there until 2.00 pm. Then, kitaorang pergi kat Calder Farm. There were 8222 islands in the Australia, banyak kan :) After that, kitaorang pergi kat Churchill island. Kat sana memang cantik sangat. And it was windy day. Banyak rumah-rumah cowboy kat sana. Then, ada banyak show. Ada satu show ni, dia shedding a goat. Kecian sangat dekat goat tu :( After that, we make our way to the Chocolate factory. Banyak sangat chocolate kat sana, macam tahu-tahu jek yang erna minat sangat dengan coklat :D Next, kitaorang pergi kat Cape Woolamai. Ianya sebuah surf beach. Furthermore, kitaorang pergi kat Koala Conservation Centre. Kitaorang pergi kat Penguin island. Kitaorang makan malam dekat Nobbies Centre. Then, we sat on the sand and watched the penguins on the sunset. At the time, kitaorang nampak penguin tu naik ke darat. Memang comel sangat, and it's actually called Blue penguin or Little penguin sebab penguin tu kecik sangat. Tapi, unfortunately, kitaorang tak boleh snap gambar. Sebab, it may disturb the penguin. Penguin tu 33cm tall jek. Diaorang naik ke darat sebab takut sharks makan dia. We were there for about an hour. It was a very cold night.

On the next day, we travelled by a big bus, AAT Kings. Kitaorang berkumpul dekat Federation Square to take a bus. Then, the journey started. Along the way, kitaorang nampak Gabenor House :) Then, ada river called Yarra river, sporting capital and also a rugby stadium. Kitaorang stop dekat Danderong National Park. We having a tea and a coconut cake for breakfast. Hutan yang sangat menarik, and so cold :D Next, kitaorang naik Puffing Billy kat Belgrave Station. It was an old steam train. Kitaorang lunch dekat Piazza D'oro Restaurant, Yarra Valley. Kat sana, ada ladang anggur then ada wine tasting. Tapi, kitaorang tak test lah wine tu, HARAM :) Afterwards, kitaorang pergi kat Healesville Wildlife Sanctuary until 3:15pm local origin time. Kat sana, kitaorang dapat tengok platypus, wombat, wallaby, kangaroo and etc. On our back home, kitaorang lalu dekat Christmas Tree Hill. Memang banyak sangat christmas tree kat sana, and also a very cute kangaroo :)

On the last day, 28/12/2011, it was a day for us to make our way to Malaysia. Memang berat hati sangat nak tinggalkan Melbourne cause memang dah lama sangat kat sana. But, kitaorang tak boleh nak buat apa lagi :) On 6:00 am waktu Melbourne, kitaorang dah bangun. We make our way to the Victoria market, but it was closed cause diaorang cuti for christmas. Then, kitaorang pergi dekat satu street ni. Memang banyak sangat sourvenir shops. Daddy nak 'menghabiskan' duit, happy sangat kitaorang time tu. Nak beli apa jek, daddy kasi :D 12:00pm, SUNBUS datang untuk bawa kitaorang ke airport. 8:00 pm waktu Malaysia, kitaorang sampai dekat KLIA. Cuaca dekat sini memang berbeza sangat dengan kat Melbourne.

It was a very wonderful holiday of my life. Hope that kitaorang dapat holiday macam ni lagi. Thanks a lot to my daddy cause bring us to a great holiday :)
